Funeral services for Trace Iverson, 55, of Estherville, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, at Oake Shores, Wallingford with Pastor Doug Burton officiating. Interment will be at High Lake Cemetery, Wallingford. Trace passed away surrounded by his family on Oct. 11, 2024, at his home in Estherville.
Visitation will be from 4-7p.m., Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, at Oak Shores, Wallingford.
Trace Iverson, son of Clair and Dixie (Nelson) Iverson, was born on December 4, 1968, in Estherville, Iowa.
Trace attended and graduated from Estherville High School in 1987. He later attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. He was united in marriage to Melonie Morris, and they had one son, Trevor in 1998. Trace worked for StyleCraft in Milford for many years. He was also employed by VW Docks. He was united in marriage to Abby Anderson, they had a daughter, Brooklyn in 2006. Trace later started his own business, Quality Tree Service.
On Sept. 10, 2011, he was united in marriage to Lesli Manley. The couple owned and operated the Estherville Golf Course and AllStar Lanes for many years. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, and racing. He sponsored several racecars. Trace was always up for a good time and loved to visit with friends.
Trace is survived by his wife Lesli of Estherville, his children Trevor (Kierra) Iverson of Welcome, MN, Brooklyn Iverson of Estherville and Jason (Kim) Manley and their son Colton of Armstrong; his father Clair Iverson (Deb Petersen) of Estherville; and his brother Jay (Amber) Iverson and their children, Hailey (Nick) Wright and Hunter Iverson of Estherville; father-in-law, Tom Manley of Armstrong and many relatives and friends.
Trace is preceded in death by his mother Dixie, maternal and paternal grandparents, and mother-in-law, Joanne.
