Susan Jacobson, daughter of Dale and Gleva Jacobson, passed away at her home on April 1, 2026 after courageously battling heart disease.
She was born on December 9, 1949 in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated from Estherville High School in 1968.
After graduation she attended Mankato State University to study dental hygiene. She subsequently worked at the St. Paul Dental Center in St. Paul, Minnesota for 17 years.
Susan is survived by her sister Jane Gilbert (Sioux City), her brother Tim Jacobson (Okoboji), many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and special persons in her life. You know who you are.
A Celebration Of Her Life will be held at 1pm on June 12, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Estherville, Iowa.
A private inurnment of ashes will take place at a later time.
