Funeral services for Roxie B. Stevens, 94, of Estherville, were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 27, 2026, at the Henry-Olson Funeral Home in Estherville. Interment was at Evergreen Cemetery, Emmetsburg. She died on July 23, 2026, at Accura Health Care in Spirit Lake.
Roxie Belle Stevens, the daughter of Lloyd and Hazel (Carr) McClelland, was born on March 17, 1932, in Rodman, Iowa.
Roxie graduated from Emmetsburg High School before marrying Milo Stevens on November 6, 1952. To this union, four children were born, David, Jeffrey, Nancy, and Barbara.
In her free time, Roxie enjoyed crocheting, reading and playing BINGO. She was a member of the Cornerstone Global Methodist Church in Estherville, the Graettinger Legion Auxiliary and volunteered with Meals on Wheels.
Roxie is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Carolyn) Stevens, Wallingford and Barbara Stevens, Algona; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and a daughter-in-law, Corann Stevens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milo Stevens, children, Nancy Stevens and David Stevens, granddaughter, Nicole Jensen, parents, Lloyd and Hazel (Carr) McClelland, and her siblings, Geneva Carlson, Irene Foster, Iva Boggess, Mona Sanders, and Bob McClelland.
