ROCHESTER, Minn. - Carl “Tom” Barlow, 75, Eyota, Minn., died Monday, March 6, in St Marys Hospital. The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2023, in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home in Rochester, Minnesota. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023, in the River Park Chapel and one hour prior to the service.
