Graveside services for Jacqueline Soat, 68, of Estherville, will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Estherville. A celebration of life will follow from 5-7 p.m. at Cutty’s in Okoboji. Jacqueline died Oct. 19, 2024, at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D.
